Riga's tram
This is an experimental tram that was build in Riga and was even seen taking a drive but in the end was never put in mass production. Today it rots behind the walls of some factory. Photo by (c) Arnis Balcus

There were rumours, that there was made a big mistake during design phase - tram dimensionas were made too big, so it coudn't turn some corners on most of tram lines. Only line 2 was apropriate for this tram without reconstruction.

i've heard that they were made too wide that 2 new trams couldn't pass by each other.
Arni, kurā vietā tas tramvajs ir atrodams? Es arī viņu bērnībā redzēju.
Well, I guess they made plans first before building it. The tram is such a waste.
